Need to enable JavaScript to shop at our web site?
You'll first need to check that you have a browser that is;
Netscape Navigator 4.0 or newer,
Internet Explorer 4.0 or newer.
Equivalent to the above!
If you have the correct browser, use the 'enable' option from the following instructions to enable JavaScript;
Netscape 6.x:
Select "Edit | Preferences..." from the main menu.
Select "Advanced"
To enable: Check "Enable JavaScript for Navigator" checkbox
To disable: Uncheck "Enable JavaScript for Navigator" checkbox
Click "OK"
Netscape Communicator 4.x and Netscape Navigator 4.x:
Select "Edit | Preferences..." from the main menu.
Select "Advanced"
To enable: Check "Enable JavaScript" checkbox
To disable: Uncheck "Enable JavaScript" checkbox
Click "OK"
Netscape Navigator 3.x: (We've not tested our site with this browser)
Select "Options | Network Preferences..." from the main menu.
Select "Languages"
To enable: Check "JavaScript" checkbox
To disable: Uncheck "JavaScript" checkbox
Click "OK"
Internet Explorer 5.x & 6.x:
Select "View | Internet Options" from the main menu.
Select "Security" tab
Select "Internet" zone icon and click "Custom Level" button
Find "Active scripting" in the "Scripting" category
To enable: Select "Enable" radio button
To prompt: Select "Prompt" radio button
To disable: Select "Disable" radio button
Click "OK"
Internet Explorer 4.x:
Select "View | Internet Options" from the main menu.
Select "Security" tab
Choose the "Custom" radio button and click "Settings"
Find "Scripting" category
To enable: Select "Enable" radio button
To prompt: Select "Prompt" radio button
To disable: Select "Disable" radio button
Click "OK"
Internet Explorer 3.x: (We've not tested our site with this browser)
Select "Edit | Preferences" from the main menu.
Under the "Web Content" category look at "Enhancements"
To enable: Check "Scripting" checkbox
To disable: Uncheck "Scripting" checkbox
Click "OK"
Once you have enabled JavaScript, you may have to restart the browser. Refresh this page, and the following message should change to tell you that JavaScript is now enabled.
If you do not have one of the browsers detailed above, you may still be able to use your browser to enjoy our site to the full. Several of the newer independant browsers such as K-meleon, work very well with our system.
K-meleon is effectively a stripped down version of Netscape 6, and at 4Mb is less than a fifth of the size!
